We are a small but committed group seeking to protect and enhance the environment locally as well as supporting national and regional campaigns.

We generally meet on the first Saturday of every month, usually at La Saletta, West Street, Fareham. Times and dates are listed in the diary box below.

On 25th January, the DECC lost its appeal against the High Court ruling that the way it made its changes to the feed-in-tariff for solar PV was illegal. They have since published a revised draft which says that the lower 21p rate will apply to all installations registered on or after 3rd March, rather than 12th December as  it originally planned. This is encouraging, although DECC have said they may appeal to the Supreme Court. FoE say that DECC should restore some certainty to the issue by ruling out the prospect of an appeal.
